Summary

This document describes considerations related to planning, developing and operating a transit agency EOC. A well-designed and well-executed transit agency EOCs tailored to an agency’s needs and resources should help the agency coordinate, direct, communicate and control transit agency operations and support incident management activities in preparation for and during emergencies, special events or critical incidents.
