Tik Tok #BusRehabChallenge
Target Audience: Since Tik Tok has become a widely known social media platform, CCW piggybacked off Tik Tok's global phenomenon viral challenges. To increase awareness of our services and upcoming Tik Tok, CCW created a compelling collateral piece demonstrating a bus rehab challenge that would be included on its Tik Tok. Target audiences for this entry included current and prospective customers.
Strategy Objective:The objective was to generate awareness of CCW's rehab services and upcoming Tik Tok using print media. The strategy was to stay abreast of Tik Tok's trends to concisely present CCW's rehab services through print media by producing a challenge.
Situation Challenge: Over the years, CCW has been asked by several agencies what bus rehabilitations consist of. Each bus rehab is different and contingent upon the scope of work from each customer; however, CCW does offer a generalized rehab to steer customers in the right direction. To generate awareness of its rehab services and to promote its upcoming Tik Tok, CCW decided to demonstrate both on print media. The challenge was that no Tik Tok platform existed yet and CCW had to find a way to avoid misleading customers into thinking there was an established Tik Tok. To overcome this challenge, CCW avoided adding its user tag in the print media and instead added its contact information to be easily seen by its customers as a hashtag.
Results Impact: As a result of the print collateral, inquiries about CCW's rehab services have dramatically increased. Among those inquiries, many mentioned the advertisement they have seen in numerous publications and asked when the Tik Tok reel will be available to the public.
Why Submit: This entry was submitted because it demonstrates CCW's ability to be creative in all aspects of marketing. This print collateral not only demonstrates one of the services we offer, but also provides customers an awe factor as a 60ft rehab bus from diesel to electric has never been done. In addition, this advertisement promotes CCW's upcoming Tik Tok. The submission should win the AdWheel Award because it masterfully transitions between being an educational resource and a marketing tool.
