Target Audience: The target audience was people with a technical background who were seeking employment and looking for job postings on LinkedIn.

Strategy Objective:The strategy for the recruitment social media graphics was to catch the attention of qualified applicants with a bold headline and call to action, with the objective of getting them to click through to our careers page and apply for an open position.

Situation Challenge: We had several open positions for software developers and managers and needed to expand our pool of qualified applicants. As the job market rebounds after COVID, tech professionals are in high demand, so we had to create graphics that would draw attention and entice qualified people to apply.

Results Impact: Response to the posts were almost immediate with an influx of applicants for our open positions. Of the 9 open positions, some of which had been open for 120+ days, 88% were filled within a few weeks of the social media campaign postings. As new positions become available, promotional recruiting graphics are being designed.

Why Submit: Finding high quality applicants for open positions is always a challenge, and it's been made more challenging due to COVID and the rebound in the job market. With a smaller potential applicant pool, and many competitors, we had to create a series of compelling images that would make the jobs posted in our LinkedIn feed stand out. These graphics are concise, attractive, with a strong call to action which proved to be very successful in meeting our objective.
