The Regional Transportation District’s winning special event brought out 22,000 attendees to the grand opening of its Southeast Light Rail line, more than twice the number that was predicted. The Denver agency met its goals of generating extensive media coverage, successfully recognizing the accomplishments of government officials, and providing the public a venue to celebrate the long-awaited completion of this line.
