For the Eastern Contra Costa Transit Authority in California, the challenge of changing the perception that taking the bus is a waste of time because it takes longer than driving and that the bus should only be used as a last resort was overcome with its winning humorous radio commercial showing that riding the bus turns commute time into productive time.
