| Anticipating rising gas prices and the resulting public frustration with the increased cost of driving, The Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the Southeast Wisconsin Transit Partners, developed a humorous and slightly exaggerated television commercial to promote bus ridership as a cost-saving alternative. The commercial made more than 5.1 million impressions and all transit agencies in the partnership saw ridership growth.
