| Anyone using Richmond, Virginia's, GRTC transit services during a designated week last fall received a blinking "I Tried Transit Today" button that gained them free admission to a lunchtime concert. More than 700 people attended the concert. GRTC partnered with a local newspaper and radio and television stations to promote the event.
