2004 Model Year Diesel Engine Emission Standards

At the manufacturer’s option:

2.4 grams emitted per brake horsepower-hour for all non- methane hydrocarbons plus Nitrogen Oxide,
with no limit on non-methane hydrocarbons, OR

2.5 grams if non-methane hydrocarbons are limited to 0.5 grams.
