Guests can pick up their luggage in baggage claim and then proceed to the departure level (2nd floor) where our Embassy Suites shuttle passes by every 20 minutes on the hour from 5am to 12midnight (after midnight upon request) . The shuttles are white with our Embassy Suites logo on them.
There is also a red courtesy phone by baggage claim where they may call the hotel directly to 305-634-5000 and let us know which concourse they are located.
When our guest sees our shuttle, please have them flag them down so our drivers can notice them immediately.
Shuttle can seat up to 12 passengers at a time. Next shuttle time is 20 minutes later.
NOTE: Groups that come in on the same flight with more than 10 guests we recommend a private shuttle. Please ask me for more details.
