APTA International Bus Roadeo Committee

The International Bus Roadeo showcases the skills of bus operators and maintenance staff. Working with the host transit property's staff and APTA's staff advisor, the committee plans and conducts the events for the operator and maintenance team competition. The committee acts so that the activities are conducted in a fair and equal manner. The committee meets at the host property site several months prior to the Roadeo to plan the events. The committee reviews and updates the contestants' International Bus Roadeo Handbook.
